Mission Statement

I am on a mission...
Objective: produce gluten free foods that taste just as good (or better!) than gluten food. 
Status: So far...SOOO good!!  :) 

I have a husband & daughter with Celiac Disease, so 8 + years ago when I got married I wasn't expecting to be up against a world where gluten was virtually unheard of.  Wow, how things have changed.  A few years later I have a baby...who...surprise, surprise, cannot eat gluten, like her papa.  This was when my mission REALLY began.  I wanted my kid eating graham crackers, pizza and soft squishy bread like her buddies, it's only fair.  It's not her fault she can't eat gluten, so never wanting her to ever feel left out, I set out on a gluten free quest.  Her food is gonna rock, or I'll die tryin'!  :) 

It's been a long road, but with trial and many errors, I've collected some rather tasty recipes that I would love to share with you!  My hope is that you too, can enjoy some gluten free recipes and not have to go through the ordeal of baking errors.  The good news is I try to use common gluten free ingredients and flours so you're not wondering...what the heck is THAT????  Rest assure these recipes are tried & true, created and gobbled up hundreds of times, so the odds of it not turning out for you is (hopefully) slim.

So, check these recipes out, go bake something, and enjoy it.  Gluten free isn't so bad....in fact....I think it's better.  :)
